    At Saint & Script, we are committed to providing quality faith-inspired apparel, jewellery, rosaries, acrylic art, and gifts designed to encourage and inspire everyday faith.

    Returns

    We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

    To qualify for a return, the item must:

    • Be unused and in its original condition
    • Be returned in its original packaging where possible
    • Include proof of purchase
      Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

    Made-to-Order Apparel

    Many of our apparel items are made to order. For this reason, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

    • Change of mind
    • Incorrect size selection
    • Personal preference

    Please carefully review the sizing guide provided on each product page before placing your order.

    Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

    If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@saintandscript.com.

    Please include:

    • Your order number
    • A description of the issue
    • Clear photographs of the item and packaging

    Once assessed, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

    Non-Returnable Items

    The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged:

    • Made-to-order apparel
    • Sale or clearance items
    • Personalised or custom-made products
    • Rosaries, jewellery, or clothing that have been worn, used, or damaged after delivery

    Change of Mind

    We do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Please choose carefully before completing your order.

    If you have any questions about a product before purchasing, we are happy to assist.

    Refunds

    Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the outcome of your refund request.

    If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the transaction.

    Late or Missing Refunds

    If you have not received your refund:

    1. Check your bank account.
    2. Contact your credit card provider.
    3. Contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

    Return Shipping

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

    Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

    For valuable items, we recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Saint & Script cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
