Processing Times
Order processing times vary depending on the product purchased.
Apparel
Many of our apparel items are made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for production before your order is shipped.
Jewellery, Rosaries, Acrylic Art & Gifts
In-stock items are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
During busy periods, product launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Timeframes
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Metro Areas: 2–7 business days
- Regional Areas: 3–10 business days
- Remote Areas: 5–14 business days

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (where available).
Please allow up to 24-36 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipping notification.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.
Saint & Script is not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside our control.
If your parcel appears delayed, please first check the tracking information provided. If you require assistance, contact us and we will do our best to help investigate the issue with the carrier.
Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:
- Your order number
- Photographs of the damaged item
- Photographs of the packaging
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
